We always try to get your purchase sent as quickly as we can. Some items can take up to 20 working days to deliver.
If your delivery is lost or you have seen no logistics updates after 20 days, contact us and we will help sort it out.
Returns
Our refund and returns window lasts 30 days. Items need to be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
If we shipped the wrong item, wrong size, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with photos and your order details.
